(CSE: CGII) (OTC: CLGOF) (FRA: APO2), a leader in green-certified, eco-friendly cleaning solutions, is pleased to announce the results of the Company’s Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders, held on Friday, August 16, 2024 (the “Meeting”).
Strong Shareholder Support Across All Matters
All resolutions presented to shareholders were overwhelmingly approved, with 98% or higher of the votes cast in favor. These approved resolutions included:
- The re-election of all management-nominated directors
- The re-appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as the Company’s auditors for the upcoming year
- The re-approval of CleanGo’s 10% rolling stock option plan
Board of Directors Re-Elected
At the Meeting, shareholders re-elected the following individuals to CleanGo’s Board of Directors:
- Anthony Sarvucci
- Darren Clark
- Morgan Rebrinsky
The Company also announced that Mr. Eugene Chen, prior to the Meeting, informed the Board of his decision not to stand for re-election.
